Northwood is a private community of 26 homes in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania. 

The Northwood Community is governed by a set of Bylaws, Rules and Regulations. All homeowners must comply with the same. Pursuant thereto, there is a Board of Directors that work with our Managing Agent to insure effective and efficient management of our community.

Maintaining aesthetics, neighborhood harmony, and a peaceful living environment, while maximizing real estate values and simplifying home ownership remains Northwood's goal.
